    God Told Me: False Prophecy and Meddling

    If you have spent any time with many different types of Christians, you will run into the “God told me”-type. They will tell you something that is in their head and attach quotations from the Bible that they shoehorn into fitting what they are saying, context be darned!!  Basically, they are setting themselves up as meddlers who want to control your life and the lives of other misfortunates.     Final Book Review for 2018

    As the recipient of bullying for many years, I still cannot understand why it’s considered cool. I mean seriously … what’s the draw? What’s the upside? I will never understand. In my eyes, it just makes the bully look smaller and smaller. The worst is when adults are bullies, because they just look like oversized spoiled children, who should know better and who are surely NOT looking for respect. Here’s a story about a kid who was a budding bully, but God intervened.
